RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returned or exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition with labels still attached.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom-made items – this includes our custom tote bags and any other item that is bespoke.
We do not refund the original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping unless your item has a defect.
For exchanges, you will be charged the cost of shipping for the new item.
When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your shipment and be sure that the items get returned to us. We cannot accept the cost of any items lost in transit.
As many of our products are handmade, they may vary slightly in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items and we feel this adds to their charm and is not to be considered a defect.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. Some items are made to order and can take up to one week to ship. Orders being sent to a UK address are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, but international orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered – please allow up to 3-4 weeks in transit to be safe! Shipping is charged at cost, as it appears on your order.
We advise that you wash inside out, cool hand wash and dry flat, cool iron. But most of all we hope you love it!
